Privacy Policy

Royal Chess is operated by Ali Alqarni. Privacy contact: ali5250111@gmail.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you use accounts, gameplay, community features, purchases, and advertising services.

Information we may process

• Account information such as email address, username, display name, account identifier, selected country/region, and chosen avatar or profile image.
• Sign-in data received from Apple or Facebook when you choose those providers.
• Gameplay data such as match results, ratings, XP, progress, stages, multiplayer matching, moves, and match status.
• User content, including public, direct, and group messages, ratings, and reviews where available.
• Purchase and in-app economy data such as product/transaction identifiers, points, unlocked items, and records needed for verification, duplicate prevention, and fraud prevention.
• Technical, diagnostics, and advertising data that may be processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, including IP address, crash logs, performance data, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, advertising data, and app/ad interactions.

Advertising, Google AdMob, UMP, and App Tracking Transparency

Royal Chess may use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process technical and advertising information for ad delivery, measurement, and analytics in accordance with the user's privacy choices and applicable law.

The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent messages and privacy options where required.

On iOS, Royal Chess uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request permission before accessing data used for tracking, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), when required. If permission is denied, the app does not permit IDFA-based tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. Non-personalized or contextual ads may still be shown depending on Google settings and available consent.

Declining tracking permission does not prevent use of Royal Chess or its core gameplay features.

You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking. Additional advertising privacy choices may also be available in the app through UMP.

Optional rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. They are not required to use the app. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad and complete the required ad experience, an in-app reward such as points may be credited. No reward is granted if the required ad experience is not completed. Anti-abuse limits may apply.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate accounts, save gameplay progress, provide multiplayer and community features, process points and purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, support users, improve reliability, and request/display advertising according to privacy choices.

Third-party services

• Supabase for authentication, databases, gameplay, points, purchases, and backend services.
• Google AdMob / Google UMP for ads, advertising measurement, consent messages, and privacy controls.
• Apple for Sign in with Apple, Game Center, App Store, and in-app purchases.
• Meta / Facebook for Facebook Login when selected.
• Resend / email providers for verification, recovery, and system emails.
• Google News / publishers when news content or external sources are opened.

Purchases, messaging, retention, and rights

Digital purchases on iOS are processed through Apple. Royal Chess does not collect your payment card number or card security code. Transaction identifiers and related records may be retained as necessary to verify purchases, credit points, prevent duplicate processing, and combat fraud.

User messages may be processed to provide chat features and apply safety or abuse-prevention rules. Backend connections use HTTPS/TLS. Chats are not described as end-to-end encrypted unless that feature is expressly provided.

We retain data as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, verify purchases, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion from inside the app or contact us from your account email. Certain records may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, and providers may retain backups under their own policies.

You can edit certain profile information, sign out, decline social sign-in, manage ATT permission in iOS Settings, and use advertising privacy controls when available. For access, correction, deletion, or objection requests, contact ali5250111@gmail.com.

Children and updates

Royal Chess should be used in accordance with age and consent requirements that apply in the user's country and platform. We may update this policy when app features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date shown at the top will be updated accordingly.
